A pre-formed, self-adhesive purge dam which ease weld preparation and improve overall project timeliness. Purposed built with tapered side walls to fit different pipe schedules and ensure equal distribution of gases across the body of the dam. Its EPA approved ZAP® (Zero Air Permeability) technology able to maximizes gas retention and reduces gas expenditures. This water soluble purge dam is comprised of Aquasol® Water Soluble Paper and is 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly with no residue in the pipeline.
